Like all other areas of the GWSR operation, this website has been produced by, and is maintained by, volunteers.

The site is designed for an 800x600 display, and has been tested against popular modern browsers on Microsoft, Macintosh and Linux operating systems. If you have any problems viewing any areas of this site, please let us know using the feedback form, and we will attempt to correct the site accordingly. The site navigation works best if your browser has Javascript enabled (please note that on some pages the drop-down menus have been disabled for technical reasons).

Where possible, the site uses scaleable text, to assist the visually impaired.

Some material on the site is only available for download in Adobe PDF format. If you are unable to read PDF files, you can download the Adobe Reader from this page. Alternatively, we can supply most documentation in Microsoft Word format on request. Such files will be checked for known viruses, but GWSR cannot be held responsible for any viruses thus transmitted.

Work is ongoing on a complete rewrite and redesign of the website. The new site will utilise the latest content management technology and will be implemented with standards compliance and accessibility in mind.
